That is one thing that has always torqued me off with the America hating leftist Indian ass-kissers:
They rail against America "stealing" their Indian land yet they CONTINUE TO SQUAT/OCCUPY THEIR INDIAN LAND! Tear your ****ing house down, cleanse YOUR land, return the land to the local "tribe", and move the **** out of my back yard!
Hypocrite sacks of horse manure!
Land, oh yes the lands that after blood sweat and tears been the home for generations of people. The outsiders that have little ties to the land come along and see and desire the works of others that built from the bottom up.
As a die hard Louis L'Amour fan I can see both sides of the American Evolution from Aborigine to that of a life style totally opposite from their ancestors, as we are from our ancestors who lived with outhouses and a red water pump in the kitchen.
The American Indians had no outhouses or water pumps, no horses, milk cows, dogs or house cats no gun powder, cast iron cooking stoves, heaters , cook ware, milk goats, or laying hens for eggs.
They had no fishing boats with sails and nets, their way of life was that of Europeans back 2,000 years in the past. There are some things that can not be explained, the Mounds in the mid west they at one time built, the pottery that was so advanced and the making of it spanned a 200 year period to be lost for hundreds of years. At one time America had large cities with thousands of people settled in one place, WHERE did this civilization go, what turned the Tribes from farming and creating new ways of building.?
The theory I believe, for now, is the climate changed as did the migration of the Buffalo and meat animals. In order to feed themselves their youth had to go much further hunts that put them in touch with other Tribes after the same game. Soon the fighting for the right to feed their family's led to one winner and the losers became slaves.
By the time the Europeans came along, the city's were gone as the Tribes had become hunter gatherers, any that tried to farm were wiped out by other tribes.
I think of the Finland's who raised and trained Raindeer to pull sleds, carry people on their backs and serves as meat and hides. They also farmed in the warmer regions and became serfs to the wealthy. I got this from my mother in law whose parents were from findland when I asked about the family name.
