And yet the party he is with now is spending us into one.

He may have switched parties, but he never switched ideologies. Good riddance he is gone from the GOP.

I suppose it worked in a left-handed sort of way, at least now all the Pennsylvania Conservatives won't have to be depressed at the thought of having to vote for him just to keep a farther-Left Democrat out of the seat.

Obama and the mainline Dims are backing Spectre, but Sestak is slightly ahead in the polls. I hope whichever one wins the Dim race pisses of the rest of the Dim base and lets Toomey win the general election.

Now he's a DINO I guess.

The good news is if Spectre wins the primary, Toomey will clobber him and is the Slestak wins in the Land of the Lost, then he is so far left that Toomey still has a good shot at winning.

UGH! I really want to root for Sestak but I have no idea who would be easier for the Republican to beat, if the Republican could even beat a Democrat with the corrupt Philadelphia machine ready to print out the number of votes needed.

Greg Jarrett and Juilet Huddy of FNC just showed a Rasmussen poll of PA which showed Toomey blasting Specter by 16 points, I think--but only two up on Sestak.

Though I do have to grant him credit for acknowledging that he is, has been and always will be an elitist, cock-sucking leftist and choosing to stand with the party of elitist, cock-sucking leftists.

I think he might be a bit depressed.

In that case, he's already made me happier!  I haven't been able to stand the SOB since he came up with his transparently-stupid, waffling, and inappropriate excuse for letting Clinton off the hook in the impeachment trial.

Arlen Specter's defection did prevent a depression.
