ThomWV (1000+ posts) Wed May-12-10 09:03 AMResponse to Reply #4 5. A couple of years ago there were hints, but nothing ever came of any of it It was noted that Mollohan got too rich too quick - something to do with real estate deals. There was never any charge or even any hint than any charges might be appropriate. Not a word of it since, other than just smear campaigning against him as far as I can see.Oliverio was Student Body President back when I was in college at WVU and he is from Morgantown, which is one of the state's larger cities. He is an anti tax, gun toting, pro- life Democrat who is hard on crime and against deficit spending. I have no idea how he feels about Unions, but I know with absolute certainty that the unions prefered his opponent.
BurtWorm (1000+ posts) Wed May-12-10 10:15 AMResponse to Original message 9. Did the mining disasters have anything to do with it? I mean sometimes people wake up to what mean bastards there are on the right, mean bastards who support the ****ers who don't care if their workers live or die.
Here's what Thommy has to say about that corruption:I heard that when king zero came into power, investigations ceased. Buttworm says something completely non-sensical, given Thom's description above:
Between 2000 and 2004, Rep. Mollohan went from owning assets of less than $500,000, generating less than $80,000 in income in 2000, to at least $6.3 million in assets earning $200,000 to $1.2 million in 2004. As of 2005, Rep. Mollohan’s reported personal assets were worth at least $8 million and his liabilities were in excess of $3.43 million. In June 2006, Rep. Mollohan was forced to file two dozen corrections to his past six financial disclosure forms. If Rep. Mollohan knowingly filed inaccurate financial disclosure statements he broke the law prohibiting false statements.

"The nation that couldn’t be conquered by foreign enemies has been conquered by its elected officials" odawg Free Republic in reference to the GOP Elites who are no difference than the Democrats
Oh my, they really are in denial. I wonder what they're going to blame the mid-terms on?
Very simple--Diebold!
Of course, it could never be Americans rejecting their ideology.
Nah. 90% of America is rock ribbed leftist, ask a DUmmie. The GOP is lying and scaring people and tricking people into voting for them. heh. right.
Diebold fraud! No paper trail! DUAC! DUAC!Don't worry guys, if you show pictures of your hands and healing white light, all will be made whole again, and the skies will once again be kittens, rainbows, and Skittle-shitting unicorns.
