My insurance company has a "chronic disease" program that I just signed up for, so all of my copays for office visits and medication that have to do with my heart condition (which is the only reason I see a doctor or take meds) are waived. Of course, this program would have kept me from reaching my "out of pocket" limit for this year if I had signed up for it last month, which would have made my heart surgery only covered 80% instead of 100%, so I held off a bit to make sure I hit the limit first. There's always some kind of scam with these insurance companies you have to look out for.
