What is the right wing saying about the soldier who waterboarded his 4 yr. old daughter?

Remember how some of them underplayed the horror of waterboarding: it's just-like-dunking-your-head-beneath-water type responses???? (On a par with Guantanamo being a Cuban Club Med.)

Some of them, it seems, should have no problem with it. Or at least not as harsh of a judgment against it as one might expect.

Does anybody know how the freepers are dealing with this?

I haven't seen the story yet but if what you say is true (Frank's first law of primitology)then he should be thrown in jail etc.

6. more importantly, what will they say when the courts declare it illegal and throw the guy in jail?

Will we get a Terry Schiavo snit fit to protect the perpetrator? Or a righteous call to finally prosecute Cheney?

LOL--hypocrisy is their life's blood. Crickets indeed.

It's also illegal for that guy to pull a weapon on his daughter so if the courts jailed him for that, would we disarm all military and police?
Try to put some thought into something for once DUmmy. Geez.

I may not lock my doors while sitting at a red light and a black man is near, but I sure as hell grab on tight to my wallet when any democrats are close by.

How is hypocritical to support waterboarding of a terrorist and not an innocent child??

Only a DUmmy would have thought that one up. Idiot.

Besides, I doubt the DUmmies know what waterboarding is.

The dude, and his "girl friend" are both nuts. If I were in charge of doling out punishment, they'd be shot on sight, but since that'll never happen, hopefully a really long jail time.
There is no virtue in compulsory government charity, and there is no virtue in advocating it. A politician who portrays himself as caring and sensitive because he wants to expand the government's charitable programs is merely saying that he is willing to do good with other people's money. Well, who isn't? And a voter who takes pride in supporting such programs is telling us that he will do good with his own money— if a gun is held to his head.

Dear Dummies, he was just trying to abort the child.  Why are you upset about this child but not the millions of dead children in dumpsters and sewers around America?

Really--a sixteenth-trimester abortion.

Seriously.  Neither does the MSM, judging from the story I read.  He did shove her face into water, so should definitely lose custody and be nailed for abuse...however, it had no resemblance to waterboarding, if for no other reason than the child could have actually inhaled water, which was not possible for the terrorists.  What this whacko did to his kid was WORSE than waterboarding, and would have been worse to do to the terrorists, too.

I think it was the Groove Tube, a 70's skit movie that had a hillarious commercial. There was a perfect little monster acting the fool and mom and dad just shook their heads and told them they'd warned him and warned him. Soon the guys in white coats and a cage come got the lil bastard. While the parents stood hugging and smiling. The tag line was about Retro-active abortion up to age 7.

When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.
