How stupid does the media think we are?

Christ, it seems all they ever talk about is shit like the Grammys, American Idol, missing white women...if they do talk about politics or government or the nation as a whole, it's always about psychoanalyzing John Edwards and his wife, kissing the asses of politicians they like, and "analyzing" and tearing apart every ****ing word that anyone ever says EVER.

There's no muckraking or true journalism to be found in the mainstream media, though I suspect I'm preaching to the choir on this one.

It just irritates me that the media does all this...AND THEY GET AWAY WITH IT!!!

I guess too many Americans are ignorant or complacent to see through the bull$hit that's being spoonfed to them.

Turn off the liberal MSM.  They can't give political news without lying about Lord Zero being a failure.

3. the current

Current MSM is nothing more than a pacifier to placate we the people so that we are all smart enough to run their machines but not smart enough to engage in CRITICAL THINKING.

MSM's current function in our society is to keep us all ignorant and docile hyper consumers.

Are you confusing the education system with the MSM?

8. Thank goodness for the internets

If I relied on traditional print media, or the over-the-air kind, I would be totally lost. They have totally dumbed everything down with the excuse of "that's what the public wants." I hate the MSM and what it has done to our nation. We are truly laughing stocks around the world.

Me too, they allowed an unqualified community organizer to go unchallenged and be selected to the highest office in the country.

11. we, by and large the population is stupid and superficial.

The media simply gives the people what they want: bread and circuses.

Blind squirrel.....nut. You know the drill.  That's what DemonRats have always promised.

13. All they have to do is look at the stats for American Idol viewers and

other low mentality tv shows. Yes they know about the stupid.

Yep, that's why we now have the first "American Idol" president.

Seriously, WTF is wrong with these DUmmies?  If the media had done their job and vetted Lord Zero half as much as they did Sarah Palin, then we wouldn't be in this mess. But, no, they were so smitten with the idea of electing a clean articulate black man with out a "negro dialect" that they were willing to turn a blind eye to any and all negatives about Lord Zero.

I don't know how the news can be depressing at all. The 0bamessiah has fixed everything. We've had world peace and unicorns since January of last year. I think this dummie needs some re-education.

Oh come on. I am still waiting to see DUmmies justify a rich Speaker of the House and her kids and grandkids using the military as their personal airline and a $1000 a week on liquor even though she owns a winery. Millions of taxdollars being used as their personal family slush fund.

They should be in prison.

"...a $1000 a week on liquor even though she owns a winery..."

Could she be spending that money at her own winery? Hmmm...nice little racket there.

I dunno...

I thought the ACORN undercover videos were pretty good, as far as old-school journalism goes.
Let nothing trouble you,
Let nothing frighten you.
All things are passing;
God never changes.
Patience attains all that it strives for.
He who has God lacks nothing:
God alone suffices.
