Hey, let's not be too critical of the Boy Genius here, look at how well selling out the Czechs worked back in 1938.  It ended up totally solving that whole Nazi problem, didn't it?  (Eventually...  :uhsure:)

It makes perfect sense to me.  Lord Zero wishes to weaken US defenses and Russia is strengthening theirs.
