Remember back when Lieberman was running against the Democratic candidate Ned Lamont and many DUers

..... found it in their heads and hearts to defend Joe, citing his reliable support for social issues, even as he was a strong war supporter.

Will anyone now own up to supporting him? Or even defending him? Or even saying something nice about him?

3. I really love it that Joe's fan clubbers are unrecing this.

Don't be shy, unreccers .... come forward and identify yourself. Have the courage of your convictions.

Its sad how this pronographic observation gets made over and over .......

4. What was also revealed was that the will of the voters meant squat to some Dems who went ahead and campaigned with Lieberman out of "friendship" regardless of the wishes of the Dem primary voters.

And now he is the man trying to singlehandedly kill off healthcare reform.

6. Yup ..........

..... that was one of the reasons I couldn't get behind Clinton in the last primary. Not that she's alone. Far, far, far from it ..... but still .....

17. Care to back up that claim, or is making shit up

something close to one's heart.

People need to own their shit.

grab a frickin' clue. The OP is the one that made the initial claim

did he back it up, darlin'? Why no. And as he first made the claim, it's up to him to provide evidence for it. duh.

The sparkling husband primitive never backed it up.

Well, here it is, some time later, and the sparkling husband primitive, who has NOT donated to Skins's island, still hasn't backed it up.

Maybe he's dealing with a backed up commode or something.

I believe the will of the voters was what kept him in office as a Senator.

They really are just plain stupid.

They love the will of the people angle if it's in their favor if not then it isn't so important.
I may not lock my doors while sitting at a red light and a black man is near, but I sure as hell grab on tight to my wallet when any democrats are close by.

Is he peeing standing up yet?
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.

I remember in 2000 the assorted moonbats thought Gore had reinvented politics with his STUNNINGLY BRILLIANT pick of Joseph Lieberman as his running mate.  Lieberman was the Jew Who Could Lead Them To The Promise Land.  And he was tough and decisive and had the political smarts of a modern day Julius Caesar.  AKA:  His chit didn't stink, he was so pure.

Joe mopped the floor with the two major party candidates... I'd say the will of the voters was preserved.

And yes, CT is home to a lot of insurance companies. Who do you think works for those insurance companies, and stand to lose their jobs if they go under? That's right, the voters of CT.
