Haven't joined yet, but I will.

In the past years in different leagues I've been in the settings have always been different.  For example, some leagues allow you to drop your worst 1, 2 or 3 weeks.  This is often beneficial for those who just plum forget to enter their picks one week, or miss the early deadline when there's a Thursday game, have a crappy week, etc.  Does anyone want to allow this?

I'll see if I can make that adjustment for everyone in the league. I was late on the picks a few times last year and it cost me.

ETA: Done deal. One week's worth of picks will now be dropped.

Thanks.  It does stink to accidentally miss a week and then basically ruin the whole season.

After that happened, some lost interest.

I don't like all the tie-breakers. 4 of them?

It won't let me alter the total number, so, we are stuck with 4.

No worries, I just like the pick 'em better when there is no tie breakers.

I can live with it either way!

Looks that way.  That's the way it was set up last year, IIRC.

Just a heads up for the ladies, the season starts tonight so have those pics in if you don't already.

This goes for anyone who might have forgotten of course, however if you did happen to forget you are considered a "lady" regardless.  :p

OK, did I just kharically (sp?) ensure I would get beat by all the girls in the Peck'em League?

After 1 week, here are the not-so-real standings (since we get to drop a week)

Quote
Rank     Pick Set Name     Total Points     Dropped Points
--    Tucker13    0    9
--    RJohnson    0    9
--    Odin's Hand    0    8
--    Whosyourmamma?    0    7
--    Defiant's Demons    0    7
--    jendf    0    7
--    Wiggum's Winners    0    6
--    Rebel    0    0

Somehow, I was the only person to pick either Buffalo or Oakland to cover the spread, so I improved from a pathetic 4 points to an only embarrassing 6 for the week.

Hey Y'all. We're all zero and zero with no weeks allowable to drop. :-)
