Hitler, Yes, I Meant To Say Hitler, Would Be Proud Of Neocutis Skin Creme...Neocutis, a bio-pharmaceutical company focused on dermatology and skin care is using aborted fetal cell lines to produce several of their anti-aging skin creams.>>>Neocutis' key ingredient known as "Processed Skin Proteins" was developed at the University of Luasanne from the skin tissue of a 14-week gestation electively-aborted male baby donated by the University Hospital in Switzerland. Subsequently, a working cell bank was established, containing several billion cultured skin cells to produce the human growth factor needed to restore aging skin. The list of products using the cell line include: Bio-Gel, Journee, Bio-Serum, Prevedem, Bio Restorative Skin Cream and Lumiere.
TECHNOLOGY NEOCUTIS technology platform relies on the use of cultured fetal skin cells obtained from a cell bank for treating differing skin conditions. The dedicated cell bank was originally established for wound healing and burn treatments using a single biopsy of donated fetal skin following a one-time medical termination.
Reads like a hoax. Good God I hope it is.
Nope, it's real. http://www.google.com/search?rlz=1C1CHNB_enUS325US325&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8&q=NeocutisSounds like something Elizabeth Bathory might use after one of her relaxing "baths".
The site was unimpressive enough but it does appear not to be the hoax I'd hoped.More reading below: (a purported e-mail from Neocutis)http://stlouiscatholic.blogspot.com/2009/10/devil-is-in-details.html
What is in that email gibes with what they say on their website about the source of the fetal skin cells. My question on a related subject: If they never need another donation to maintain the cell bank, then why are more than the 6 existing cell lines needed fro embryonic stem cell research?
