It comes from insurance company that the med clinic pays malpractice and liability insurance to.
In turn, the insurance company will increase the rates that each entity pays to them.
Each entity....med clinics, physicians, etc....will then pass on the increase to their consumers.
The consumer (et al in the health coverage group) will have their premiums increase....
And so it goes on in a continual ripple out effect with a vicious whirlpool in the center.
That whirlpool will be the personal injury lawyer....
