I never had to hot rack, and while a fast attack is small, it never bothered me. Being underwater was just like being in a long narrow building, very little movement is noticed.  Being on the surface and rolling like a floating tin can is what got to the most people.

It's a rash you get on the lower portion of your cheeks.  If you look at it in a mirror, it looks like a monkey's butt.

Progressives don't need target practice. When you hold a pistol sideways you can't aim anyway.
And as far as a place to shoot, progressives already have crack houses and liquor store parking lots all over the country.
