Saw a teabugger/nutball with "Terrorist Hunting Permit" sticker on his pickup today.
   
And it made me think.

Who is this for? Does he think it's humorous?

And honestly, does good ol' Zeke actually believe that even if the shotgun on the rack in his truck is loaded that he'd stand a snowball's chance against even a moderately-trained terrorist cadre? Hell, he wouldn't even slow 'em down, unless he had some kind of Special Ops training and luck was on his side. This ain't Red Dawn, this ain't Die Hard, and this ain't any of Stephen Segall's movies, either. In reality, he'd just die a very quick death rather than become a hero.

No, this sticker is nothing more than neanderthal chest-thumping, and people who display stuff like this should just STFU and leave the job of the nation's protection to the military and police. Of course, since most of the types who display such sticker are abject cowards to begin with, there's probably no danger of them interfering with our REAL protectors...

1)  That ain't a shotgun in the window rack of my truck, DUmmy.  Unless, of course, it's duck season, then yes, there would be one hanging beneath the RIFLE.

2)  Secondly, the only way a terrorist scumbag would be walking into the muzzle of my shotgun is if - for some reason known only to you in your hypothetical little world, DUmmy - he invaded my home in the middle of the night.  As my home is a relatively LOW VALUE target in the terrorism scheme of things, as compared to, say, a shopping mall, synagogue or elementary school, and as most terrorists have at least a modicum of strategic sense beaten into by Osama bin Slapnuts and his gang of goat humpers - something most DUmmies could not realistically claim - the likelihood of that happening is extraordinarily remote.

3) Finally, as many reports I've seen indicate that your average Islamofascist couldn't hit Michael Moore(on)'s fat butt more than 3 out of 10 times, and conversely, most of us gun-clinging "Zeke"s out here in fly-over country still manage to put in considerable range time with those same guns we cling to - even in spite of this horrible Øconomy - yeah; I'd pit my skill with an AR-15 against the islamofascist's skinny butt any day of the week.

I would bet that there are more then a few people with or without those stickers that could kick Johnny Jihads ass six ways from Sunday. Most of them are likely NRA members or belong to another gun rights group. A few of us here have posted our targets for anyone to see here and at the other site. I'd dare anyone to find out if I can or can't hit what I aim at.
