Conservatives Now Outnumber Liberals in All 50 States, Says Gallup Poll
Monday, August 17, 2009
By Terence P. Jeffrey, Editor-in-Chief

(CNSNews.com) - Self-identified conservatives outnumber self-identified liberals in all 50 states of the union, according to the Gallup Poll.

At the same time, more Americans nationwide are saying this year that they are conservative than have made that claim in any of the last four years.

In 2009, 40% percent of respondents in Gallup surveys that have interviewed more than 160,000 Americans have said that they are either “conservative” (31%) or “very conservative” (9%). That is the highest percentage in any year since 2004.

Only 21% have told Gallup they are liberal, including 16% who say they are “liberal” and 5% who say they are “very liberal.”

Thirty-five percent of Americans say they are moderate.

The DUmmies have been proudly bragging lately that registered Republicans are a majority in only four states. It seems that no matter what their party affiliation, conservatives are overrunning the libtards in all fifty seven states.

An important development in this area of discussion is that I, and people like me, have just recently stopped identifying ourselves as republicans.  When ask if I am a democrat or republican, I answer I am neither.  I am a conservative.

Definition of a conservative:  A liberal who's been mugged by reality.
If you want to worship an orange pile of garbage with a reckless disregard for everything, get on down to Arbys & try our loaded curly fries.

Hi,

Both political parties are losing membership big time, the largest group is now independent.  We get our mail once a week here in our summer place.  Seems like each week's mail brings me two requests from the Republican Pary for money all bashing BO or course to whip up your enthusiasm to grab your checkbook.  I do not just throw them out, instead I write things on them like I have not abandoned the party, you abandoned me.  Until you are truly conservative and support candidates like Sara Palin, you will not see a dime of my money.  I chastised them today because there is some concern that they cannot even control their members against Cap & Trade and the health care legislation.

I think both parties are terrified by Palin because she would just have to go on national TV once and say I need money to fight the machines of both parties, please help with campaign donations and she would be a rainmaker.  If she ran as an independent, and then supported certain conservative candidates in both parties, she could build a hell of a coalition if she played her cards right.

Not only are tax dollars down to the federal government, my guess is both parties are having trouble raising money except from the Soros types.
