Cash for birth control may sound unusual, but it’s one woman’s crusade to stop drug addicts and alcoholics from giving birth.

Barbara Harris started “Project Prevention” after watching her four adopted children struggle with drug addiction at birth. Now teens...blahblahblah...

It's a mixed bag, the primitives being both pro and con; racism inevitably pops up, as does the Roman Catholic church, those sorts of things.

If addicted women are getting it done,it could be couched as exploiting them,but than again it is no joy growing up with a drunk that is vicious.What gets me is why the MEN are not getting it done? It puzzles me because when men try to shirk responsibility of kid making,they might find themselves forced to pay child support, or be locked up for not paying..So any rationale some addicted male cooks up for not getting a vasectomy is beyond me.

I sterilized myself years ago and I am not an addict, but I knew I did not EVER want kids ,as a kid.I made the decision to be child-free at a very young age.For years I had to argue and try to convince pro-child,sexist GYN's to let me get the operation done,even though the cost was paid for,they always said I would want kids someday,well they just didn't get it that I did not want to have kids.I asked to be sterilized at my first GYN appointment,and almost every appointment thereafter.It didn't happen until I was 27.If there was a clinic paying 300 bucks to get a tube tie I would have done it at age 14 or earlier.

But than again adults cannot imagine a kid being capable of such decisions, but I was capable,and no one listened.

Miss mr Kitty is a pathetic kitten that thinks its all grown up. It has never grown up. It refuses to grow up. It still has not let go of the past and its other problems. Oh no, kit, you most definitely ARE an addict. Of self-hate, self-torment, self-pitty, self-abuse who punishes herself/itself for not being the center of the universe.

No one has a perfect childhood, but most of us got over it. Thats called "Maturity" and its a trait that the the Litter Box does not have.

What got me was that the subway cat never got fixed until she was 27 years old.

What's up with this "woman's 'right' to 'choose'" bit; if 14-year-olds can get abortions without parental consent, without prior medical counseling, surely 14-year-olds can get sterilized too.

I'll bet it took so long because the subway cat was just sitting around, waiting for someone else to pick up the tab.

I really ain't to crazy about abortions myself........but here lately I've found myself beginning sortta in favor of late term Post-Birth abotions in certain cases.

I'm pretty sure UGP would qualify for one.

Yeah, the primitives definitely challenge my own strong pro-life values.

Not the subway cat, but there's the three drek primitives--the skumbag primitive, the dysmenopausal Kansas school teacher, and the high fructose corn syrup primitive--whose never having lived would've been a great boon to humanity.

But not that I wish their mothers had had an abortion; more so that I wish their mothers, when circa 6 months pregnant with them, had fallen down a flight of stairs or something.

To an extent, I'd agree, but I think that a minor should be counselled to make sure they aren't coerced by a parent or someone else.

Amazing isn't it? How does underground panties think civilization progresses? My step dad was a real SOB when I first came into contact with him. He used to kick every kid's ass if just one ****ed up! And I'm not talking just a slap on the ass, I'm talking fisticuffs! Eventually he found Christ and tried his damnedest to make amends. Did a pretty damn good job of it too!

The point is, I LEARNED from those experiences and kept from making the same mistakes. I can count the times I had to physically repremand my kids on one hand. 'Panties in a Bunch' will never understand that it does not keep happening the same, generation after generation.

It really can't be this freaking stupid can it? Just how the hell does she think one would be able to make these drug addicted and alcoholic women only screw men who've had a vasectomy? Addicts aren't known to be particularly responsible.

But.. I thought Subway Kitty's youth was stolen -- not by an abusive father, but by the government. -That they used her for Area 51 style psychic experiments and forced her to drink lots of pineapple juice ? Dummies need to learn to keep their stories consistent.
