I have a friend that actually worked there (Abu Ghraib). He said the prisoners were buttsexing the hell out of each other all of the time. He said that the guards were so grossed out that they didn't even want to go near the cells.

I'm trying to figure out what the right (or left for that matter) has to do with prison rape. What do men buggering each other in prison have to do with patriarchy, homophobia, and misogyny? Mostly it's a lack of other options thus they use the orifices available to them. And wouldn't this promote homosexuality? It's not like they're busing in ho's and having anal sex with them even though there's a perfectly good ***** available. I'm still trying to figure out where the hatred of women fits. What in this situation would have to change for this to be a woman-promoting situation?Cindie
