Uh oh.. my six year old is a Democrat..

He is going to Vacation Bible School this week.  Each child is supposed to bring in a little change for a service project they are doing.   I gave him the spare change in my purse to take in.  He looks at me and says "is this your money or my money from my bank?".   I said "why?  don't you want to help the poor people?".   He said "yea, I want to help them, but I want to help them with your money not my money".   :thatsright:

He's only six, we have time.    :-)

I think I have raised a closet democrat. He forteen, listens to Rush and talks a good conservative line but he never spends a dime of his own money. He never carries money in his pocket so if he wants something, me or mom has to buy it.

I guess we'll have to wait until we push him out the door to see which way he falls, and we will push him out after college, if not sooner. I think he'll be alright... but????

I think we were all like that as kids and teenagers. The difference , is that conservatives grow up and liberals never do.
