Not really. While some HARP kids are in fact still in the training pipeline, most have a little "time on the pond", as we used to say.
And FWIW, anyone who applied for HARP was treated like a junior recruiter. Go out, talk to people, tell them your experiences, that sort of thing--it's far easier to get someone interested in the service when he/she talks to someone he went to school with a year or two ahead of him than some recruiter he wouldn't know from Adam. That's why we had the program in the first place, DUmmies.
