Another Proposal To Divide California Into Two Seperate States

I like the part about dividing it between liberal and conservative parts that way when the liberal state has gone bankrupt, they can't suck the life out of the conservative california.

Wouldn't it just be easier for those 3 remaining people to move elsewhere?
