An Open Letter to the DU ADMINS and MOD SQUAD...
 ... from The DUer formerly known as CorpGovActivist, posted on his behalf by his good buddy, Radfringe.

LETTERS PATENT

To All Whom These Presents Shall Come, or Otherwise Become Known: GREETINGS AND SALUTATIONS!

First, my sincere congratulations to the DU ADMINS! As I have said at The Progressives Playground, Skinner had a VERY constructive response to the Bush v. Gore fiasco.

Second, my abject and heartfelt apologies to those very selfsame ADMINS, for the the charade I had to maintain, through 2008 and into early 2009. Unless it is the absolute last resort, I have no intention whatsoever of suing DU LLC, or any of the Admins personally. That said, it may very well be necessary for us to compare notes, and if they prefer to simply respond to a third-party subpoena (not as Defendants, but as third parties with vital data necessary to bring down the Bushies - even the ones with D labels), they merely need signal such, publicly, and my lawyers can oblige.

Third, to those of you who kindly gave me a chuck under the chin in this thread, I warmly thank you for your kind words. You may be pleased to hear that Patrick and I are now uncles, and when that thread ran, I was at home in West Virginia, visiting Family and Old Friends, recuperating (after nearly dying last Spring; I spent 8 days in the hospital). Believe it or not, I still haven't seen the entire Inauguration from start to finish. My new niece got to come home on January 20th, and that trumped everything for me.

CorpGovActivist is the guy who claimed to have the goos on Halliburton and was going to bring them down, not to mention State Street Partners who he was going to sue and bring them down.  After getting booted from the DUmp he was going to sue Skinner and bring him down.  When he got booted from DW he was going to sue and bring him down.

I agree.  He's a tinkerbelle with over-active drama queen tendencies.  Somewhere along the line, someone mistakenly led him to conclude he had something to say that was worthwhile and he foolishly believed them.  And as you point out, the rest is just "crazy" history.

CGA was never a Mod at DU, though.  DW had a long thread from a person who claimed to be a former Mod, "Former DU Mod...Ask Me Anything", which is what started some of the trouble there.  It mushroomed when the nutcase CGA got involved with it after his TSing, reinstatement, then TSing again from DU.  What a tangled web!

Although Skimmer alleged that the person who started the thread at DW was never a DUmmie Mod, he still had his lawyers issue a letter threatening DW.  Oh, the humanity!

Too profitable.  Just like if cigarettes are really as bad as the activists say then why aren't we outlawing them?  Because they bring in too much money via taxes.
