8. I believe that the American Civil War had the same social dynamics.

The poor right wing conservatives gave their lives to save the wealth for the rich people. (It didn't work, by the way.)

You failed history pretty badly I'm guessing.

6. This is in the Economic Books exactly THEY KNOW THIS

so let them do the song and dance
but History repeatedly has shown governments have been overthrowned because of this greedy crap

Chapter 2 of the history book detailed what happened to those countries after they tried your crap. The moral here is you usually fail the exam when you cut classes to attend protest rallies.

the Robber barons used the government to suppress the people with police and military
but the people plopped their tents on the White House lawn and live in tent cities

Is this where they want us to go Soup kitchens and Tent ciites and have our children die with no health insurance

because now they will say Sorry the governemnt is in so much debt we can't pay for Medicare Social Security or healthcare

Karl Marx said the WORKER WILL RISE UP

a Revolution is what they WANT
A REVOLUTION IS WHAT THEY will GET

America gets Angrier and Angrier

Trust in the Government is Broken

I can almost picture lovuian rolling around on the floor covered in spittle alternating between screaming and trying to bite the carpet.

Sorry fools, your saviour owns the destruction of the economy and nothing you can try to spew in your ignorant diatribes will change that.

I love this one in that screed.

A couple of things.

1)  Just who is in charge of that government now, anyway?

2)  Yes, America is getting angrier.  Guess which side they'll blame?  Hint--it's the one that runs Washington now.

3)  Again, DUmmies, which side has the most gun owners?  Hint--it ain't the one in power now!  That's why they want to restrict gun ownership.

Obviously, envy is motivating their rants. They want what someone else has, without working for it. In addition to making them insane, envy is a very poor foundation for either rhetoric or public policy.

What Adam Smith pointed out, and what these people on DU do not understand, is that we all actually benefit when the capitalists try to make a great deal of money for themselves. But some people do not want the public good--they just want the rich to suffer.

Sometimes, I think it's because they hate the father figure in their lives--but I could be wrong.

"Because I'll be damn if I see children starving while your eating filet mignon dude"..... eating $100 a pound steaks at taxpayer expense ain't bothering Obama in the damn least.

"Those Mexican cartels lets hire them and send them into the castles"...... With what, your welfare check? Hell, even the Mexicans have more ambition than that.
“The American people will never knowingly adopt socialism. But, under the name of ‘liberalism’, they will adopt every fragment of the socialist program, until one day America will be a socialist nation, without knowing how it happened.” - Norman Thomas, U.S. Socialist Party presidential candidate 1940, 1944 and 1948

This is only a quick, superficial impression, but I'm left with the notion the loving primitive is in hock with the banks and credit cards, a voluntary sort of enslavement if you will, and resents it.

I'm preparing a thesis that the 13th amendment be repealed.

Stay tuned.

Correct!!

Of late, when I see the primitives making reference to these types of events, they usually refrence the French storming the Bastille.  What they conveniently forget is that 15 years later the French were being ruled by Napoleon.

And there are other examples, but they never go on, as you say, to Chapter 2.

Here is what Marx has given to the people:

The worst genocides of the 20th Century
Mao Ze-Dong (China, 1958-61 and 1966-69, Tibet 1949-50) 49-78,000,000
Jozef Stalin (USSR, 1932-39) 23,000,000 (the purges plus Ukraine's famine)
Adolf Hitler (Germany, 1939-1945) 12,000,000 (concentration camps and civilians WWII)
Hideki Tojo (Japan, 1941-44) 5,000,000 (civilians in WWII)
Ismail Enver (Turkey, 1915-20) 1,200,000 Armenians (1915) + 350,000 Greek Pontians and 480,000 Anatolian Greeks (1916-22) + 500,000 Assyrians (1915-20)
Pol Pot (Cambodia, 1975-79) 1,700,000
Kim Il Sung (North Korea, 1948-94) 1.6 million (purges and concentration camps)
Menghistu (Ethiopia, 1975-78) 1,500,000
Yakubu Gowon (Biafra, 1967-1970) 1,000,000
Leonid Brezhnev (Afghanistan, 1979-1982) 900,000
Jean Kambanda (Rwanda, 1994) 800,000
Suharto (East Timor, West Papua, Communists, 1966-98) 800,000
Saddam Hussein (Iran 1980-1990 and Kurdistan 1987-88) 600,000
Tito (Yugoslavia, 1945-1987) 570,000
Fumimaro Konoe (Japan, 1937-39) 500,000? (Chinese civilians)
Jonas Savimbi (Angola, 1975-2002) 400,000

And the numbers keep going up for his best pupils, stalin and mao, as hidden records are found.

When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.

Some time during the early 1990s, the late William Buckley found out that of all the wartime deaths during the 20th century (up to that point), a rough figure being circa 165,000,000, 130,000,000 of them were people killed by their own government.

He found that so incredible he had to look it up.

The dude is completely off on the Great Depression.  The great depression was caused by a combination of factors:
Continuing over-production from World War 1.
A stock market asset bubble.
A sudden, massive loss of confidence in the banking system.
No federal protection of banks from 'runs'.
Many other factors.

It was largely a self-invented crisis and a great case study on the harm and self-perpetuating nature of the mob mentality.
