What a largish overfilled comode of a day.

Is anyone doing anything fun tonight?  Let me live vicariously.

Taking a break from cleaning the kitchen. Then I'll clean the guns I shot today. Mrs. Tantal worked a 12-hour shift and has to be up at 0500 tomorrow for another one, so no  :naughty:. Does my life sound thrilling enough for ya? :p

Might do some wrapping for Christmas later.  :rocker2: :yahoo:
"When you see that trading is done, not by consent, but by compulsion - when you see that in order to produce, you need to obtain permission from men who produce nothing - when you see that money is flowing to those who deal, not in goods, but in favors - when you see that men get richer by graft and by pull than by work, and your laws don't protect you against them, but protect them against you - when you see corruption being rewarded and honesty becoming a self-sacrifice - you may know that your society is doomed."

I've thunk and thunk.....until my head stunk....now I'm on holiday....cheese wiz and gee-wiz....cane in hand, like Charlie Chan..urrr Chaplin....I relived my life as I followed my wife.....down aisles at the Dollar Store.....shopping....stopping....to catch my breath....it was my request.....to leave.....we lunched at the Black-Eyed Pea.....I had the catfish, you see....Then came home to drown my sorrow....oh, the har-row....of an early night at home....all alone....tuned in to a vintage movie....I have no choice....I need the voice....while I'm alone to soothe me.....checked inside the TV Guide....to see what else was on....nothin' I know is on any show....my mind began to blow....so now I'm been brave....I came to the Cave....koo koo ka choooo.....I am the walnut

Mr Flame and I are doing a "date night" later...wine and crackers with cheese and pepperoni, and watching a movie.   Gotta wait for the girl child to get home first, though, just in case one of us needs to get her for some reason.

Then.... a little "insert tab B into slot A"?  Be sure and close the door.

I had something REALLY funny happen at work today. It's probably short bus-ish though :-)
I can see November 2 from my house!!!

Spread my work ethic, not my wealth.

Forget change, bring back common sense.

No, my friends, there’s only one really progressive idea. And that is the idea of legally limiting the power of the government. That one genuinely liberal, genuinely progressive idea — the Why in 1776, the How in 1787 — is what needs to be conserved. We need to conserve that fundamentally liberal idea. That is why we are conservatives. --Bill Whittle
