A federal judge ordered the release of five terror suspects held at Guantanamo Bay prison for seven years without charges.

Where does this "judge" get power to dictate to the military/executive branch?  The "judge" can shove it up his robe.

I woulda thought that the recent ruling by the Supreme Court with the Navy Sonar thing woulda told these judges to STFU about telling the military what to do.
