If McCain is able to somehow pull it off how many days of legal wrangling will take place before Obama concedes?

Is there some reason you're facinated with my wife's birthday, 29 years from now Frank?

No, actually I picked that at random, and then just now remembered; August 4 would be the wedding anniversary of the paternal ancestor and maternal ancestress.

Odd how that worked out.

Nope.  It was posted in one of the threads about his reticence to produce a valid birth certificate.

IIRC, there is a time limit to contest the election. Everything has to be completed by some time in December ( at least that's what I think I remember from 2004)

Someone mentioned the other day that it has to be done by the time the Electors meet, which is sometime in December.

But if America's justice system has taught me anything, the law doesn't mean anything when your trying to get something.

depending on by how much and which state it comes down to, I would think that Obama would take a dignified and graceful exit.  he is a young man, he can run again if he doesn't put the country through too much agony.  nobody like a sore loser.

Wasn't this the same thing they were saying back in 04 ?

True, Obama might come off that way, but I don't think his handlers or his lemmings in the press, academia, and such would end it gracefully. His handlers will cry foul (especially when they are the ones who tried to steal votes via ACORN) and his lemmings in the press will headline the stories about how race played a factor and all that, and the ones who voted for him will cause mass riots and we'll hear "No Justice! No Peace!" just as we did after the Rodney King ordeal.
