I LOVE Free Republic
« on: September 24, 2008, 10:05:33 AM »
They call us stalkers for all the fun we have mocking them....they accuse us of having nothing better to do....

But in the end, hypocrisy rules, as usual.

I LOVE Free Republic
when they're in the middle of a meltdown. I love the smell of freeper flop sweat. It smells like... well, you know.

I'll never forget the through the roof meltdown that freeperville went through on election night in 2006. This looks to be even more over the top.

Can't wait to read rimjob's response to Obama winning and dem increases in Congress.

2. It's been posted over there
at least twice. the reaction to that poll is what inspired my post. And I do have a nom de plume over there. I'm trying not to get kicked off until election night.

And then they reminisce about "Seventh Son"....very amusing little bonfire, it is.

I'm confused.

I'm not seeing the same freerepublic the Obamaite cali primitive is seeing, apparently.

Are there two different freerepublics, and the Obamaite cali primitive and I are looking at different ones?

Besides, it's before the debates, and according to an article on MyWay news, 18% of the electorate is still undecided.

15. You Must Have Been Fairly New
SeventhSon was a provacteur...He would post the most outrageous stuff and try to get DUers to agree with him and make us all look as crazy as he was...My favorite(sic) Seventh Son post was when he said General Clark was part of a conspiracy to poison Haitian men and give them "man breasts"...

He "came out" on Election Eve and said what a great man Bush* was, how he "played us all that time", and that we were a bunch of loathsome losers...He also PMed some members and told them they should die of AIDS...

As a point of privilege I can honestly say I never trusted him...

Battleground Poll today McCain by 2 (48-46)

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2089235/posts

According to RealCLearPolitics, it's the only poll out of the eight or nine that show McCain up.  But, I go back to the stat I posted--18% of the electorate is undecided.

Not to mention the poll was heavily weighted towards dems and blacks. Yesterday Rush talked about a website that took the data available now with the voting trends from the last presidential election and it came out to be McCain 53% and Obama 44%.

What the polls are trying to do is sway voters. This always but always fails, yet they keep doing it. In the core of every American is that spirit of individualism that made this country great. The left has pretty much forgotten theirs, preferring (perhaps out of fear) to think just like everyone else. But Americans from the poorest to the richest, the political junkies to those who only start paying attention when their voter's pamphlet comes in the mail, DO NOT like to be told what to think. When people do the opposite of what the "polls" tell them to do, they're all shocked and the DUmmies start claiming the election was stolen.

Yep, I had to point it out to a obambi supporter this morning.

[q]This Washington Post-ABC News poll was conducted by telephone September 19-22, 2008, among a random national sample of 1,082 adults, 916 registered voters and 780 likely voters. The survey includes additional interviews with randomly selected African Americans, for a total of 163 black respondents.[/q]

Racist much WAPO/ABC?
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.
