Do the DUmmies think there are a bunch of sex tapes of people molesting minors that should be released publicly? If so, would it be legal or morally correct to release said videos for public viewing?
I'm going to say it wouldn't be legal. Here's why I say that. I served on our local school board for 4 years and each year we had a huge conference for school board members across the state and during the conference we would take seminars/classes to earn the 'CEU's' we were supposed to have to stay on the board.
I took a class one year and it was talking about the problems we have with cell phones and kids and one of those problems I had never considered.
One of the scenarios they threw out, that was real, was a young man had a picture of a young woman on his phone and she was naked. They were both under 18. He shared that picture with some other young men and lo and behold, he had just transmitted child porn! PLUS, when the superintendent took the phone away, he opened it to verify the boy did have the picture and he had just looked at child porn!
It opens a Pandora's Box that I had never even considered.
