Let's make a pact: don't go to Thanksgiving

if there is even so much as one Trump voter who will be there. Even if it is your own father, mother, sister, brother, son or daughter. One Trump voter in the group is the deal killer. Those people are extremely toxic - I know quite a few of them, though I consider none to be friends, just people I am required to deal with. They are AWFUL people with awful personalities. Trying to have a holiday together will only harm you. At best it will be extremely awkward and you won't enjoy it. At worst, they will gloat and rub it in and there will be arguments. There is no good outcome in those situations. Host or go to a Friendsgiving instead, inviting only like-minded friends. I have been to a few of those and they are FAR more enjoyable than those miserable family gatherings. If your family members say their feelings are hurt by you not going just because of how they voted, your reply is their standard line: "**** your feelings."

I think it's best to stay away from DUmmy types if their mental illness is so severe that they put allegiance to a moron like Kamala Harris over family.

I just think it's sad that families cleave over stuff like this. It's an effect of the social contagion known as narcissism. I mean, to be clear, I know people whose politics align with mine, but I limit my time around them because all they want to talk about is politics.

It's heartbreaking in the short term for those families affected, but ultimately they should find the greatly reduced artificial drama in their lives quite peaceful.

     It sucks: I got disowned by a family member over politics as soon as they became a moonbat. We used to be closer than close, now I don't exist.

I kinda wish my leftist family members would disown me, but whenever they're short of money they always seem to know where to find me, and want bygones to be bygones.

as far as I have seen, only left-wing freaks behave in this manner. my family is almost all solid conservative with a couple of democrats sprinkled in. not a single one of them would ever consider ghosting family over politics. it's just plain simple-minded and childish. if i had to guess, i'd say that most of the DUmmies won't do it either, they are just trying to pose for each other for the most part. if they do show up for a family gathering, the Nazi fascist MAGAs will just roll their eyes and try to change the subject should said DUmmie start ranting... and maybe eventually toss them if they can't behave like an adult human being.
i reckon this is why DUmmies are so entertaining. I wonder what the average blood pressure is among those animals over there? it almost has to be off the charts
