Ho Lee Crap! Kackle-a won in California, to no one's surprise. Trump got about 1/3 (~33%) of California votes in 2016 and 2020. What has me VERY surprised is that Trump got ~40% in 2024. For CA, that's all but a moral revolution.
...

Just looked at the yet incomplete tally for Santa Clara County. Historically, Trump got ~25% of the county's vote; at this point Trump is in the 30% range. That could change, but it looks like this county contributed to Kackle-a's popular vote erosion.

:-) Yet you still emerged with common sense! :-)

Don't often brag about the degrees that I earned (unlike many leftists, especially relating to PC Jackass) but felt is was appropriate given the tired trope that all Republican voters are uneducated whites and black and hispanic folk. Smart people can be conservative you arrogant out-of-touch leftist douchebags.

Is Kackle-a that unpopular? Are significant numbers of former CA Hillary/Biden POed with inflation illegal immigration, and crime? Did down-ballot races draw more Trump voters than Kackle-a voters? Yes?

Trump was targeting the popular vote this year. In 2016 he did not hold a single rally in CA after he won the nomination. This year he did do CA as well as the MSG rally to get more NY votes.

The sad reality of CA, presently, is that if a Dem candidate for national office campaigns in CA, they are basically visiting their campaign-cash ATM.

Saw those over the weekend.  I wish I had the time, patience and skill to do full bore ones that look like the original paintings with Trump, Biden, Harris, ect replacing the characters.

The Empire Strikes Back one fits very well though.   :-)
