DUmmies, let me help you out. Jeffries is one of the most prominent voices that wants (present tense) Biden OUT. He did not change his mind; he simply stated a fact, which creates the space necessary to create the impression that SpongeBrainShitPants is making the inevitable decision himself, without being pressured.

That is almost certainly among the demands coming from the West Wing, which includes First Junkie Hunter and illiterate "Dr" Jill Biden. Other demands, which probably won't be publicized, relate to White House sofas and curtains Jill's seamstress has her eye on for new dresses, kilos of blow to keep the First Junkie happy, a couple scoops of ice cream, and a new pair of those ridiculous sunglasses that moisten the nethers of 60-something liberal chicks all over the land.
