Andrew Wissmann Just Blasted Merrick Garland
He was on Joy Reid and he just said that Garland made a mistake not going after Trump and his inner circle for the reason of not appearing to be partisan, He said that it is not an excuse that it was too much to take on because he was going after the unwashed Magats first, he said DOJ is a big organization it could have done both. Weissmann then said by Garland not wanting to be partisan he was in fact being partisan.

Weissmann said that he and Mueller couldn't indict Trump while he was president but when Trump left office instead of Garland inditing Trump he just wanted to "look forward," which Weissmann said gives a president immunity.

Weissmann then said because of Garland's delay federal trials will not happen most likely before the election with the only possibility being the stolen document obstruction of justice because it is a slam dunk case and it could be brought today.

Weissmann then said that the J6 committee shamed Garland into acting, he said that committee should never have been ahead of DOJ in investigating Trump, DOJ always should be in the lead,

Everything I have been saying and getting bigly criticized here, Weissmann laid it all out.

Go Jack Smith.

5. And Garland's refusal to prosecute trump has tainted and weakened THIS indictment.

How many times have I already heard that "even the DOJ saw nothing there to prosecute?

Garland should resign. His reluctance amounts to incompetence.

How long until this thread gets locked/disappeared? :whatever:

Unlike you DUm'shits, Garland doesn't have the professional leeway to pull "evidence" out of his asshole and present it in front of an actual federal judge as "fact", just because he knows in hiz bones Deh EEE-BIL Orange Man Bad.

Uhhh, no. Garland's reluctance is far from what's wrong with the NY indictment. :lmao: Bragg likewise declined to pursue it, and legal experts everywhere are saying it's a faulty case, to put it mildly.

I’m gonna go with Garland being more intelligent than Bragg can ever hope to be and, knowing there’s nothing there, decided not to intentionally make himself look stupid and dismissed any action. I’ll stick with that until I have evidence otherwise.

Bragg is not a deep thinker, he’s playing the short game hoping it will propel him to hero status even after he falls flat. He wants celebrity status and he’ll get it briefly. The Dem party will reward him for life, suckers will prop him up, and he’ll be set. That’s his game.

PALM BEACH, FL — As rumors continue to filter in that Manhattan D.A. Alvin Bragg's attempt to indict former President Donald Trump is falling apart, a new report has indicated Trump's team of attorneys is seeking to exploit a little-known legal loophole through which he can avoid indictment by not actually committing any crime.

"Not many people actually know this, but not committing a federal crime is a great way to completely avoid indictment," said Joe Tacopina, a member of Trump's legal team. "Having a veritable who's who of attorneys in your corner is helpful to really dig deep and find this type of legal ace-in-the-hole."

To moonbats, that is not satire, it truly is a revelation, particularly for those who are not in lock (goose) step with their agenda.
Romans 6:17-18 But thanks be to God, that you who were once slaves of sin have become obedient from the heart to the standard of teaching to which you were committed, and, having been set free from sin, have become slaves of righteousness.

Gee, that's great and all, but I wish I'd known sooner. Would've saved me the trouble of burning my fingerprints off, filing off serial numbers, and all that bribe money.
