Interesting To See How Rove's Strategy Of Fear Is Working Here
Advertisements [?]What I see is DUers doing his work for him. We'll self defeat ourselves. Am I on DU or a CON forum? So Obama had a terrible convention...really? Cause the one I saw was pretty great...Biden was terrific this morning...lots of people are organizing and working to get this done. Joe Klein said on Tweety's show this morn that McBush is running an Orwellian campaign. You remember him right? The guy who wrote about living in a fear based state and how those in charge controlled them by fear. Have we become a party of cringers? Or do we fight back to save ourselves and our country? Fear produces nothing but schoolyard bullies until we stand up and take them on.

1. the bums posting thread after naysaying thread are not representative of DU
they show up any time there is a chance to complain about Obama,
and disappear just as quickly when he does well.

Why they are allowed to continue here is beyond me.

5. You are a troll
Edited on Sun Sep-07-08 04:14 PM by Kurt_and_Hunter
You have been here for six days.

You have run around today spamming the board with divisive insinuations, alleging that long time Democratic DUers are republican agents.

You claim an intimate knowledge of the histories of posters here, despite being a total noob.

So you are

1) a republican disruptor, or

2) someone that has been tomb-stoned here and come back to spread more bile, or

3) A sock puppet of a current DUer who doesn't want to spread this vile junk under his/her own name.

Which is it?

18. Funny how hard it is for folks to see that division is what real trolls do.
The eleven post "Obama Sucks!!!" people are not a problem.

The semi-pro disruptor who exacerbates tensions is the clever operator.

4. These are the same Chicken Littles who were worried about the columns for Obama's speech.
They were wringing their hands over it and demanding that the Obama camp tear them down and build something different. All because of some asshole republicans making fun of the unfinished stage.

Every damn week, there's always something that comes up that have the Chicken Littles crying and moaning about how terrible the campaign is being run.

**** 'EM.

10. How far does Obama have to fall behind before
his reflexive cheerleaders concede that his media strategy is failing?

down the drain. I have been here since S C U B A dude for those who remember and I cannot recall a time when I dreaded coming here as I do now. Someone needs to get the Palin stuff off the main threads and into a separate folder. Right now we need more moderation so we can stop the distractions and get to work getting Obama elected. I have walked the precincts and I have made phone calls and plan to do more. ENOUGH! GET SOME MODERATION GOING.

No, my friends, there’s only one really progressive idea. And that is the idea of legally limiting the power of the government. That one genuinely liberal, genuinely progressive idea — the Why in 1776, the How in 1787 — is what needs to be conserved. We need to conserve that fundamentally liberal idea. That is why we are conservatives. --Bill Whittle

Defeat is thinking all the time about someone who doesn't even know you exist.   Ya know?  The way the Little Goons do about Karl Rove.

McCain threw a rock into a pack of liberal dogs and somehow hit them all. :-)
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.

Only because she scared Chuck to do it.
