Can CNN STOP showing Palin speeches all over the country?

I feel like I can't get away from her... they are showing WAY more of her and McCain than Obama and Biden... I don't think I've seen Biden on TV in two days!

I agree, they should get Obama and Biden in more off the cuff interviews.

McCain will be up by 10 points in no time. :-)

If the media isn't 110% behind the Dem candidate they are obviously conservative biased. And if they are behind the Dem candidate they are, of course, the perfect independent journalists.

Sarah Palin is the "New Hotness" - making Obama "Old and Busted" - that's the way the media works. As I mentioned in another thread, it will take something earth shattering to knock her off the radar now as there is little over two months until the election.

This BTW is the same Media that kept Obama on the front page for months. You didn't complain then, did you...

Not that it matters as much as it used to, given the decline of the mainstream media, but Barry "Six States" Obama's been on the cover of Time magazine eight times thus far this year.

Henry R. Luce would be embarrassed by the decline of his once-great magazine.

Obama Six States?????????????????

It looks as if, really, that's the most he can hope to get.

But Vermont's the only one that's "solid," and that by not much.

Im not as optimistic as Frank - but I will say that looking at the state-poll averages, Obama has a significantly smaller advantage in states that Kerry easily won in 2004 - and the state polling data Ive seen is all 'stale' - mostly all pre-GOP convention.

McCain/Palin may very well shift at least a few of the weaker, yet solid "Blue" states into play - which/how many/If Im sure will be addressed once we see some new state polls.

Considering that Hillary's home "state" is New York, I would not be surprised to hear that polls in NY have shifted dramatically in McCain's favor, to the point that NY could be soon considered a swing state.
