Just had (what I think) is a funny thought:
This notion of pitting Trump versus DeSantis in order to defeat the latter and nullify the former is like a Godzilla vs Kong film.

For anyone who hasn’t seen one of these think an irresistible force meets an immovable object. Lots of destruction and infrastructure pulverizing.

Its a stupid thought

As a connoisseur of those films, who happens to own every version of every one of them, kong can't win against Godzilla 1 on 1, without an 'Americanized' version or an Americanized weapon.

There's a reason he referred to lovingly as "King of the Monsters", and it isn't because of acouple film titles.

Trump literally IS the MAGA king, while desantis is king of nothing. Sure, desantis will fight at the state level on social issues, but when he gets confronted about putting America first instead of wall street, the multinational corporations and the DC cocktail crowd, he'll have nothing to stand on, particularly given that it IS those entities who are backing him.

It is literally not a contest, in spite of how the MSM and the administrative state and it's psy-ops try so hard to make us live in a world that is otherwise.

Desantis is being pushed into the role that mccain was, and romney after him. Lucy pulled the football away both times and we ended up flat on our backs.

We would do well not to fall for it again.

Incidentally, there is something VERY therapeutic about watching a person in a rubber monster suit smash intracately crafted miniature buildings and cities!

"Be not intimidated... nor suffer yourselves to be wheedled out of your liberties by any pretense of politeness, delicacy, or decency. These, as they are often used, are but three different names for hypocrisy, chicanery and cowardice." - John Adams
