I just watched a 28 minute video this morning of the January 6 insurgents on the Capitol and the democratic party SHOULD REPLAY those videos on TV for the next three months. EVERY PERSON that turned towards the the Capitol and/or joined the crowd of insurgents should lose their right the vote. They KNEW it was not going to be a peaceful protest when MOST of those in the crowds were in protection gear and flags where displayed. Chants of PUSHING through the Capitol police were loudly made, where anyone that was present WOULD KNOW that THEIR intentions were to stop a legal congressional proceeding of certifications of a US Election.

Every cellphone, picture, bus trip for the Trump event and every post made by those individuals at the January 6 should lose their right to vote!

5. Sorry, BUT

When they tried to violently overthrow a voting process...., sorry, they declared themselves an enemy of the state and NOT a US Citizen then. That is what the Confederate loyalists did and there was a VAST amount of Confederate flags and Trump flags at the US Capitol January 6.

Make sure you throw it out when you don't agree with people.

1)No one loses their right to vote if they haven't committed a felony. Just because you suspect someone of wrongdoing doesn't mean their constitutional rights deserve to be stripped. There is something called due process.

2) Say they are convicted of a felony, which in most states means their voting rights are stripped.

Is it your position that all felons be deprived of the right to vote, or only the ones you don't like? Do you oppose the Democratic position that all Americans, including those in prison, should have the right to vote? If so, why are you a Democrat?

Not suspected. And those convicted of committing felonies will already lose their rights to vote. How many times do I have to tell you this very basic point?

Easy enough! Just do it by due process of law, aka criminal court. :tongue: You “just” need an actual felony, actual evidence, and a “Guilty” verdict. That, 14 months later, the DOJ has gotten few or zero felony convictions should be a clue, but DUpipo are good at ignoring what they don’t want to hear.

IIRC, at least one 1/6 defendant got charges dismissed - almost certainly "with prejudice" - because the DOJ failed to do a prosecution step in a timely way. Alonb=g with the fact that the vast majority of 1/6 defendants have been charged with misdemeanors, it's clear the DOJ isn't putting serious effort into these show trials, because the DOJ knows the whole mess wasn't serious.

Most states let felons vote once they are released.  Some it's automatic, some the person has to file paperwork.  Silly facts....

Nah,that's just the latest excuse.  DU and the radical left have believed the Constitution to be a road block to their "perfect (for them) society" for a long time.
