Getting Trump and his kids to testify or to take the 5th most likely means James is near the end of her investigation. I believe she has more than enough evidence to indict Trump and his kids. If they take the 5th like Trumps other son did over 500 times. That can be presented to the jury and juries know what that means.

I may be wrong, I believe James will go for broke if she indicts Trump, she will attempt to dissolve the entire Trump organization.

No matter what, if this case goes to trial Trump and children will be in big trouble. This is tax fraud, bank fraud, insurance fraud. They have the documents to prove it. If convicted the fines, penalties, lawsuits will be severe. Also, this is a civil case and the evidence in this case can be used in the criminal Manhattan case. I

Trumps lies, his bragging, have caught up to him.

The AG is fishing and trying to feed her whacko base. She has nothing. If she did, there would already be indictments.

As those kooks like to say over There "a prosecutor can indict a ham sandwich with a grand jury, if they want."

Exactly, and targeting President Trump's finances was AG Leiticia James primary campaign issue. :mental:

Considering 99% of garden variety DUmp monkeys can't even balance their checkbook or have ever taken a simple "Intro to Business" class, their simple minded understanding on the valuations of real estate properties reveals their complete ignorance on the subject.

Have mentioned this before, but your old pal Ralphie worked in the commercial real estate industry for several years, where part of my role was to provide backup data for banks to secure loans for my company's properties.  It is incredibly complex and yes, the understatements and overstatements of values is quite common.  Property values will fluctuate based on economic issues along with a dozen other external factors.  I can guarantee that this fishing AG could indict damn near every real estate company small and large in NY State for misrepresented valuations to guarantee loans.

Trump is their proverbial white whale, and DUmmies are so gullible that they have to buy into anything they can.
