Cable News coverage of the convention is nothing short of shameful.
I've been watching CSPAN, and thought everyone got to see the last Presidential Nominee address the crowd. I guess not. CNN and MSNBC were busy with their self-adoration and bullshit repetition of the same stupid talking head segments over and over and over -- while actual news was being made behind them. Just when I thought I couldn't be more stunned at the media manipulation of this election.
http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=389x3868446The real difference in this democrat convention is who isn't there, or at least isn't visible. Where is Michael Moore? Where is Algore? Where is The Reverend Jesse Jackson? Where are all the other obnoxious Hollywood moonbat weirdos? I've only had one glimpse of Spike Lee and Al Sharpton. It looks like the democrat party has found a way to take their money while keeping them away from the TV cameras. It seems like the most irritating moonbats, the ones most likely to alienate normal people, have for the first time been pretty much kept under wraps. That's really unfortunate. I've always felt the Republican candidate picks up a lot of votes whenever the public gets a good look at "the reality-based community". No GOP campaign speech helps us nearly as much as a Hollywood halfwit raving on about "alternative energy", "saving the planet", "war based on lies", "carbon footprint", "right to choose", and other "truth to power" drivel. Those talking head segments are the best favor the networks could give the dems. They keep the public from seeing the true face of the party.
