VIDEO: Watch Joe Biden Reading From Script While Being Interviewed

No wonder Nancy Pelosi wants to keep Joe Biden from debating. As you can see in this three minute clip from a longer interview on August 27 by Anderson Cooper, Biden is constantly reading from a screen which is clearly to his left and down a bit as you can see from following the direction of his eyes. Without such props it is obvious that poor Joe is lost which is why his handlers do not want him to debate.

Did Biden thank CNN for giving him their questions in advance? If Biden was reading from a script then he obviously knew the "questions" in advance.
