The lady he murdered would be alive today if this scumbag had not been paroled TWICE from a life sentence in Ohio. So, by all means, reduce his sentence from execution to another life sentence. Then see what happens the next time he gets out.

A life sentence, even "without possibility of parole" means nothing. You only need one election cycle with democrat wins to have the law, and existing life sentences, changed. Willie Horton was not an aberration. But once capital punishment is applied, there's nothing moonbats can do later. Recidivism among executed offenders is zero.

I won't apologize for being a hardass about punishing those that comment these most vile of crimes.

I don't think not having the death penalty stops rapists from killing their victims.  There was that little girl who was buried alive simply because the rapist didn't want to get caught.  Maybe we should decriminalize rape?  Then maybe we would have more compassionate rapists?

You should know that, even in Bush America, people still are innocent until proven guilty. You can be "implicated" in anything, including murder, without being guilty.

I am very sure, given Reginald's mental capacity, they would have railroaded him if they could have, on the other crimes. I am sure that they weren't able to because the evidence simply wasn't there. BUT, they are not constrained when it comes to bringing in this information, true or false, when it comes to the penalty phase of a trial. You ought to know that, too, instead of believing, without evidence.
