Who else?  Try Biden's idiot, adulterous son, which is what this is probably all about.  The kid got in-trouble and VP-Biden was stupidly strong-arming the Ukrainian Justice Ministry to get him out of it.

As angry as people were with wealthy/celebrity parents bribing their kids' way into college, at least they spent their own $$$. Joe Biden bought his kid's way out of trouble using taxpayer $$$.

One of the Dupipo acknowledges that if JB wins, this could turn out to be an impeachable offense.
