Tess!
And he is a man of "substance". As in chin-neck-shoulders merger in progress.
Having looked over his "resume'":
He has a high school education. Since July 2000 just 2 of his 7 jobs lasted more than a year. There are 2 gaps of 19 months or more. Few of his jobs had a career path, and of those he's only stayed at one more than a year.
Capitalism hasn't failed him, he has failed himself, even sabotaged himself, by getting no education beyond high school, job-hopping (or getting canned), and two employment gaps that if not explained would be red flags to a prospective employer.
I get that trying to get education after entering the full-time job market is not easy, but take responsibility for not having attempted to surmount that obstacle. Don't blame it on others or society, or capitalism!
