I just ran over a liquor bottle in the parking lot at work. I'm sure the damage will be noticeable in the morning. I wish I had some beer right now (but campus police are cracking down on beer in dorms big time). Right now, I'll just enjoy a Cherry Coke. You have the warranty on your tire. Just say it was a pot hole. I would go back to the dealership shop, but it's closed on the weekends. I'm trying to think of where else I can go, probably that local tire place.Since you have the warranty, drive on the doughnut if you have to. The JM&A warranty will cover a brand new tire. Is that the only Mazda dealership in the area? (I'm used to here where 1 they're open at least on Saturdays and 2 there are many to chose from)The thing is, I know, that Road Hazard won't cover if you hit a curb, but they'll cover a pot hole. LOL! Again, you could always just stick a nail in the tire if you're worried. LOLI think there is Key Mazda, in Hardeeville, SC. They are open at 8 am until 3 pm tomorrow, which works for me. But they're 40 miles away. I worry I might get stranded somewhere along the way. I'll definitely try the pot hole angle though. Did you not get a free Road Side Assistance for so many years/miles? Hum, I really say try it. 40 miles isn't too far really. I do have AAA, and the warranty shows that I have towing coverage (refers only to mechanical breakdowns, so I wonder if that might not cover my situation), so I hope I'm okay. Just need to find my AAA card and have that and the phone number ready.
