Do we have confirmation that the killer of Mollie Tibbetts is a legal immigrant, yet?

On MSNBC it appears that they haven't found documents to confirm the lawyer's claim.

Every time I hear them talking about this, I talk about the slaughter in Las Vegas, MSD, and etc., perpetrated by citizens. We should not argue about this one guy's status, but rather the overall statistics.

Illegals lower the crime rate, they make us safer. About two Americans are murdered each week by illegals. About 40 to 45 are murdered every day by those born in the US. Many studies using different methods prove illegals are about 60% less likely to harm others by murder etc. they lower the crime rate. They make it less likely that we will be the victim of a crime. There have been nuns convicted of murder. But if a million nuns move to your town you will be safer. Even tho the number of murders will go up. But if the news reported every day about a crime committed by a nun we would think nuns are criminal maniacs. What is on TV is not the same thing as reality.

In a town of only one million native born a newly born child has one chance in 5001 of dying by murder. In the town with nuns there will be someone murdered by a nun. But that does not mean nuns should be banned from moving here.

I know it is a hard argument to make when we see a nun with a smoking gun standing over a dead college student but it is a sound argument. We will see a dead student only half as often in nun town, on a per capita basis.

1.) Tell her family and friend that her murder means almost nothing. Do it up close and personal, just to hear and feel their responses. Just don't tell the ER people what you did.
