I think the euphoria around here is a little too much too early.


And a let down is likely.

Tomorrow there may be arrests but they might not be anyone we know about.
They might even be kept secret, couldn't they?
I doubt Mueller will publicize them.

This is just the beginning and I too hope it will end in justice and elimination of a dangerous corruption of our government but I don't expect a lot of satisfaction from these first indictments.

I do hope the euphoria will be justified at some point soon, though.

 

Just this single post so far... by tomorrow night there will be much wailing and gnashing of the tooth in DUmpmonkieland.

* Does Mueller go for a small fish, Scooter Libby style, with some sort of "process crime" or something old like Manafort's legal problems fro 2014 (IIRC)?

* Does Mueller go full rogue with some lunatic charge against Trump?

I won't be looking like an enormous Smurf with anticipation. (= Not turning blue from holding my breath)

Like I have said since - well, many years:  We have no business putting anyone in prison or in any legal jeopardy as long as those vile Clinton scums walk around free.   Why should we force anyone to "pay for their crimes" as long as no one care about the long-suffered debt those Clintons owe the American judicial system?
