Obama and Weinstein


I wonder why President Obama and Hillary did not comment on this situation. Especially since it seems like all of this is true. Someone mentioned that Malia worked for him. I think it would bother me even more if my daughter was around the man.

Well, for one thing- it takes Barry three days to say anything on anything...

Hillary doesn't want to give the money back. If she said anything the first questions would be about doing that...

I wonder why they don't comment on the Russian takeover of our 2016 election and future election apparatus. Someone mentioned that Trump's daughter is besties with Putin's girlfriend.

THIS is what bothers ME.

It's excellent news that Weinstein is out on his ass. But honestly? In the grand scheme of things I do not give a good gods damn about it compared to the Russian invasion. I think Obama and Hillary would be well-advised to not bring up Weinstein -- just something short for when they are asked, period.

I have found the double standards interesting. No doubt if this were a conservative the news stories and how it's being presented would be different. Conservatives always get treated worse by the media than liberals. The media and Hollywood libs protect their own. Even Weinstein is getting the silk glove treatment while the media is trying to convince us all that he's really getting hammered.

But as far as what he did; whacko liberal Hollywood film financier treating whacko liberal Hollywood actresses like his sexual playthings? Meh. Don't care. They all deserve each other.

The reason is simple. It did not happen. There is zero evidence of even one vote being flipped or cast for Trump by the Russians. OTOH, there's those hundreds of ballots multi-cast in Detroit. What are the odds they were all for HilLIARy?

Hollyweird would be so bureaucratized and tangled in regulatory red tape that no films would be produced. Which sounds pretty good, frankly.

In my semi-caffeinated state earlier this AM I forgot the biggest reason HilLIARy cannot (or at least should not) say a peep about Weinstein: her decades of enabling Bill's serial adultery, sexual assaults, and (probably) rape(s). In her current weakened state - political power, not physical health - it would not just be Rs and conservatives howling about her hypocrisy.

HilLIARy must've decided the PR cost of remaining silent outweighed the risk of her hypocrisy being thrown in her face. So she issued a three sentence statement through a spokesmuffin that she was, "shocked and appalled to learn ...". It smacks of being the perfect token - gets her name onto to the list of condemners without being likely to stimulate hypocrisy call-outs from anyone other than conservatives and some Rs. I see in the article that BHO also finally commented. It's just four sentences, but it's fuller and more balanced than HilLIARy's ME!-tainted statement.

Look at the way they STILL treat him like royalty. They even had  a big gala event for him while Bathhouse Barry was in the WH,calling for him to be pardoned "so he can come back to Hollywood and make some great movies." What people need to realize is that the entertainment crowd all parrot the "company line" about equality,save the chill-runs,conservatives are evil,etc,etc,etc,but when push comes to shove the ONLY things that have any real meanings for them is power and wealth. The fact that Polanski drugged and raped a 13 year old girl is irrelevant because if he comes back he might provide high-paying jobs for them. If push came to shove,there is not a single one of them that wouldn't pimp out  their grandparents or grandchildren to come up with the money to buy him a pardon if they knew for a fact he would make them a part of his next movie,and give them "points".
