I'm back in the USA after living in Denmark for 7 years

I don’t like typing on this chrome book and using the pad. It erased it 2 times already so I will keep it short someone loaned me it
 
Almost had to pay a 6000kr fine for being in the country illegal when i went through pass control in copenhagen airport. That took 45 mins with three supervisors..

2. Out of curiosity, why didn't you travel to Germany to fly out?

Treaty zone, you wouldn’t have to show passport to get over to Germany.  Germans wouldn’t care how long you’ve been in Denmark.

4. Danes have a pass control same as sweden now though random

They have a ‘conservative  govt now and have increased border security .
 
Also I did look into  that journey leaving and it would have meant an additional 12 hours to my travel time. I had traveled to Sweden before with no checks  but there are passport checks on the trains as well as the buses . I said to myself **** it what are they gonna do kick me out of the country?  It all worked out going the shorter route but even the german or swedish route  might have been a problem too

America's got nothing against Denmark; maybe the itching carpenter could be re-deported to Denmark so they can collect the fine, and then let him come back here?

Yeppers! Almost $1000USD! He probably leeched far more than that off the Danish economy, in each of his 7 years there. They probably let him off the hook because if they hadn't they would have been stuck with the leech.
