Most popular baby names: Caitlyn drops off 2016 girls list, Kylo rises for boys

The No. 1 name was unchanged for girls for the third year in a row and stayed the same for boys for the fourth year in a row.
The agency also lists the baby names that increase — and decrease — the most in popularity. An Olympic hero's new identity has completely fallen off the list, while a "Star Wars" character was one of the fastest-rising names last year.
The name Caitlyn and variants have fallen off the list of baby names. Bruce/Caitlyn Jenner is a train wreck.
