Especially if it means they save themselves and their seats.

This has the potential to really damage the GOP as a brand. Who wants to vote for a party of traitors (yes, I know, deplorables)? Several moderates will cause the pendulum to swing the Democratic way.

The Shrew-CHILL outspent Trump - a billionaire - by 2:1. If either campaign was desperate for $$, it was The Shrew-CHILL's. This rumor might be too silly for the Palmer Report and Truthout.
