If you tell a 3rd-party your cubicle-mate has toilet-paper sticking out of his pants, it's called 'leaking' once the info leaves the cubicle.  -Classified or unclassified.

You'll notice that the Senator repeated the same question to Yates, unphased.  The audience wasn't laughing this time.

That right there is why DUmmys are so gosh darn successful in life, have so many IRL friends, and are at the top of their professions.
