Even if this was real, it wouldn't amount to a ladyfart in a hurricane.  One guy with a Slavic name, of no known association with Trump, tweets a wacky suggestion to Trump.  So did millions of people with all sorts of names, including the DUmmies.  Of course theirs aren't repeatable in polite company.
