The Senate confirmed WWE co-founder Linda McMahon to lead the Small Business Administration on Tuesday.

McMahon, 68, who along with her husband Vince turned World Wrestling Entertainment into a $1.5 billion business, received bipartisan support by a vote of 81-19.

McMahon had unsuccessfully run for Senate twice in Connecticut. Her opponent in 2012, Sen. Chris Murphy, called her "unquestionably qualified" to head the SBA.

McMahon, who stepped down as CEO of WWE in 2009, said her goal is to "revitalize a spirit of entrepreneurship in America." She said strengthening a small business disaster relief program would be her first priority.
